if you are trying to rent a property yourself, I'd recommend you advertise on www.daft.ie If not there are plenty of estate agents and letting agents in Phibsboro who would only be willing to oblige. One thing I would suggest is agree a price before you allow them to let your property. Some are alot cheaper than others. Also the price they give you may include VAT so get that clarified as well.
