Golf Clubs customs charge of 2.7%

Hi,

I am bringing in some clubs from abroad (outside EU) and apparently i am going to be charged 2.7% customs rate. Is there any way to get around this is there a form to fill out that will get around it? I am planning on selling the golf clubs on to someone else when they come here.

Any comments would be appreciated..
