Glass panels for internal doors

Received a quote of €600 for supply & fit 8 glass panels for 4 internal doors? does this sound about right?

Toughtened glass can be expensive to manufacture and I imagine it is probably beveled these processes are expensive.
 
I would say yes, I received a similar quote for 2 doors (well 280e) a couple of years ago.

You can get it cheaper, bring the door to a glass manufacturer or get a cardboard cut out of the exact measurements and the required thickness and go to a glass manufacturer workshop to get the glass cut, Ive heard theres one off patrick street that do this. Easy to fit with appropriate tacks.
 


Hi car if you have 2 doors and it costs €280 for them to be glazed and roadrunner has 4 doors 2 times €280 is €560.

Plus roadrunner is getting someone to install them and transport them and take the responsibility for them.

Not much difference is there!
 
toughened glass cost 25e/m2 (4mm) direct form the manufactur.
If there is no beveling on the glass its dear
