Glass Panel for French Door

I need to get a replacement glass panel (double glazed) for a French door. The door is a plain aluminium door with pvc/white paint coating; so nothing special. Does anyone know who could replace this and any idea on cost? I live in Ballinteer, Dublin. Thanks in advance for the help.

ask any window fitter from a rep. domestic window replacement company to do as a nixer and save few shillings.
p.s. glass has to be toughened, btw.
