Glass jar for dispensing whiskey

A publican I know is looking to replace a 4.5-litre glass bottle that was used store Teacher's Scotch whiskey but which was broken recently.

It needs to be the type of bottle that you can turn upside down a fit with a tap for dispensing fixed amounts of whiskey.

Ideally, it should have the Teacher's whiskey label but this is not essential.

Any ideas where such a bottle could be purchased?

It's only Scotch and as it's a lesser, imitation product they spell it "whisky".
