Glass House or Polytunnel?

I am considering getting a glass house or polytunnel for my garden. Any thoughts on either. Looking at the prices of the polytunnels I was wondering if anyone has purchased the plastic and frame separate, in otherwords a DIY job or purchased one abroad?

you can make it yourself

you need 6-10 5ft straight scafolding poles
2 for each section you want,
drop them in the ground 3ft,
then get some plastic pipe lengths about 10ft (they need to fit onto the ends of the scafold poles so need to be bigger) electrical pipe is good if it fits.
run them over one pole to other to get the arch... throw over the plastic a few boards ether side and your done.. maybe not that easy but you get the idea
