Glasnevin - Any opinions

Hi,

I am looking at houses in the Glasnevin area and was wondering if anyone had any opinions/advice, in particular in relation to Tolka estate, Ballygall Rd area.

Also what is transport like into the city centre during peak time like?

Transport is good at peak times and you will be into town in around 25mins. Getting through O'Connell Street is the difficult bit, but I can make it from Glasnevin to Ballsbridge in the mornings in 45mins (door to door).
