my employer has made a mistake on my holiday hours and given me too many which i was unaware of as this is my first full time job and i wasnt knowledgable in this field, i recently left my job for a business opportunity, my old employer has now realised that she has made a mistake and is demanding the money back.
Is 'Tough!' a valid response? The amount can't be that large, unless you were given twice or three times the amount of holidays you should have had, in which case even the least knowledgeable of people would have at least raised an eyebrow?
