'Ghosting' on 28" Panasonic TV

I have a 28" Panasonic TV - bought it as an ex-rental.

When I switch from terrestrial to Satellite TV - on the AV channel, theres a faint outline of the terrestrial channel in the background. Is there anything that can be done about this?
 
Can I take it that the ghost picture is moving? If so this is caused by bad screening, probably from the Scart cable. Can you try another cable? Do you still see the ghosting on the AV channel if you unplug the cable? If so the problem is internal.
