Getting Married - Implications for TRS

Hi,
Myself & my partner bought a property in June 2012, he is a FTB, while I have another property in NE which is rented out. We submitted the form for claiming TRS when we bought the new house, so he is getting the FTB rate of 25% on his half while I'm getting 15% on mine (I presume thats how it works anyway? I can't fully reconcile the revenue credit figures that I see on our account).
We're getting married in June 2013 & I'm wondering what affect this will have on our mortgage interest relief.
What exactly are we entitled to claim? Will my partner retain FTB status?
Any info would be much appreciated,

it really only benefits a person getting married if the other person is not on the mortgage, then they can claim trs for both people.
