My 2 sons share a house with 3 others (all students) but due to continuous friction and bullying in the house it has become impossible for them to stay there. They are totally miserable and want to leave. All 5 names are included on the lease which ends in October. Can they just leave? I think it will be too difficult to find 2 people to take over their rooms considering the personalities that are in the house.
