Read a post recently on Facebook, from Tom Darcy, re GDPR and access to certain information that may be useful to anyone involved in a Repossession case. Has anyone else seen this post and does anyone have an opinion on whether the information given is valid or useful in any way. Can't see it myself.

I would take anything Darcy and the lunatic fringe say as advice with a massive pinch of salt.

This Tom Darcy:

Yesterday Tom Darcy achieved all by himself what NO politician, NO regulator, No member of the Gardai would do. Tom proved to the whole world that AIB have no licence and therefore were acting completely illegally.

Seriously, why are you even reading this guy's BS????

Considering the above responses, no one has an opinion on the content of the relevant Facebook post. Is it reasonable to say that there is NO merit in anything contained in the Facebook post about GDPR.
