Garden fences with concrete panels

I want to fence our garden using a precast system. I've seen fences using concrete posts and concrete brick-effect panels. I'd prefer these to the wood panel fences. Does anyone know who supplies the type I'm looking for and what is the approximate unit cost?
 
I would also be interested in getting these. Anybody know how much they cost.
 
See some installations in operation.
We have wood effect dividers following hedge removal and they look fine.
However the concrete plank used at the base is starting to stain and I have seen these crack and spall after a bad winter if the rebar cover is too little.

No reflection on the product you recommend galwaytt, just a general piece of advice.
