Garage conversion South Dublin

Hi,
I know this topic has been covered elsewhere, but I was wondering if anyone has got a garage converted recently (last 6 month). I would be interested in how much a basic conversion should cost and if anyone has any contacts it would be appreciated.
Our garage is just used for storage at the moment but has a small toilet in it so is already plumbed for a new one.

Any advice is appreciated.

Can i bump this please?
Also the alternative is converting the attic and its definately second choice as i can't visualise the space it would create - any idea of where i can get a hold of plans or photos of stiars into attics etc...

My sister is having a new porch built & windows installed (she suppied the windows) by a superb crew of Romanian builders. - They were recommended by a friend of hers, who found them through another recommendation.

Very fast (start at 7.30am and finish at 7pm) and work is impeccable.

Quote for work was 17k - other quotes from other builders came in at 29k up to 55k!!! for the same work.

If the mods allow it, I can get contact details and post them.

They are Dublin based.

If you are getting any work done by him, maybe post here on the quality as I believe guys like this who do a good job & charge a very fair price deserve good publicity.
