Fund Accounting Jobs that provide sponsorship - Melbourne Australia

Hi

Myself and my husband are trying to relocate to Melbourne from Ireland with our children. I am looking for work in the financial services industry and have 8 years experiance in the Funds industry. I believe that one of us needs to get sponsership from an employer in order to get a working visa. Does anyone have any advise on this?
