We just bought a house that to be completed gutted. We got a quote from a very close friend to do the electrics, the house is 1600 sq ft as it stands and needs a complete re-wire, fuse board, etc. We are getting three double sockets and 1 single socket in each room, 6 double sockets and 4 single in the kitchen, 3 double in Utility room, timer for immersion, light in attic, three outside lights, 13 down-lighters, three points for LED Lights in the Kitchen, TV points in almost every room. Price came in at 10K? Is this reasonable?
