Im thinking about buying a new house . Im currently on a contract whcih may or may not be renewed -I know the area that i am currently working in but it is very likely that i will not be living and working here for the all of the next 5 years ,
If I buy the house then at the end of my contract have to move to another part of Ireland where i rent can I still have this house as my PPR as long as i keep a room there and only rent under the rent a room scheme
I would not be buying anywhere else but would only be returning at most at weekends.
