FTB house insurance when renting rooms

Just wondering when you are renting rooms in your house should you up the contents cover to include those who will be renting from you. How much roughly should one put the contents of a new house at. I really havent a clue. I will have to purchase everything new. Any ideas on contents cover.

Its up to you. Are you going to ask the tenants to contribute to the cost of the contents insurance? My own opinion would be, If the tenants are contributing to the cost then yes cover their stuff. If they aren't then no don't cover their personal belongings.
