Hi, can anyone that’s been through FSPO Mediation for additional compensation offer any advice on the process please? My understanding is that the margin is not getting favourable outcomes but what about additional compensation?
Mediation is completely confidential and each case is assessed individually and not based upon the experiences of others. I don’t think you’re going to get the answers you want but if the bank has agreed to mediation that’s a good start.
