Frozen Pipe

We've had no water for the last two days, all seems ok in the house as in no frozen pipes, so I think it must be outside. We're the last house in the park and the neighbours have water, luckily. I've poured boiling water down stop cock outside on footpath as advised by my plumber but no luck. Anyone got any ideas?

Wait for the thaw and leave the tap on slightly at night anymore. That's what i had to do

Thanks, that seems the only thing to do. I've asked the local council and our plumber. It would be a great time for a week in Lanzarote!!
