French Leaseback information

Hi all, this is my first post so bear with me
i am in the process of purchasing a french leaseback home Pins D'or from pruntys overseas properties consultants, i was wondering if anyone has any information regarding tax implications, i remortgaged my property in waterford and would be grateful if anyone has purchased in the same area or have any information to pass on.
