Hello,
Was wondering if someone of a legal nature coudl help here. i have a french leaseback property which completed almost two years ago and has never been managed. Ive never recieved a penny in rental income either. The bank which lent the money for a mortgage do not want to claim responsibilty. I would like to know if i defaulted on payments whether or not they could potential have a charge over my UK assets.
Or do they only have a charge over the french leaseback property?
Advice would be most gratefull
