I am doing an interview next week for a freelance 1 day/week admin position with a small construction company. From what I gather, they have nothing on computer at the moment and want to get a system in place, set up and running. There are 2 employees and the accountant does the payroll. I have experience in doing this type of work but not in construction industry. Can anyone give me any tips with specific regard to construction company needs which would make me appear knowledgeable?
