Damak Ltd/Chesteroak Limited.
The City of London Police are conducting a criminal investigation into the illegal selling of shares by various fake stockbrokers, including, but not limited to, the following names: -
· Blackwell Advisory or Blackwell Capital.
· Marshall Brennan.
· Europa.
· Atlantic Capital Management.
· Charles Hirsch.
· European Trust Capital Management or ETCM.
· Integra.
These are all believed to be names by the same body of criminals. This type of scam is commonly known as a ‘Boiler Room Fraud’. The names of shares being sold include: -
· Pantera Oil and Gas Ltd.
· ParOS Plc
· Northern Lynx Ltd
· ValiRx
· MobileMail
‘Damak’ is believed to be acting as an agent for the Boiler Room, processing payments and laundering funds overseas.
It is believed that you may have been a victim of fraud and therefore we would invite you to complete the enclosed questionnaire, returning it using the pre-paid envelope provided. You can alternatively reply on-line at the email address: [email protected]
It is important that you retain any documentation (correspondence, records of phone calls, share certificates etc) relating to your relationship with the above named companies or individuals connected to the companies. Please do not to handle unnecessarily any original documentation you have retained, in case it is required for forensic examination. A police officer may contact you at a later date. It is probable that you will continue to receive unsolicited telephone calls from various Boiler Rooms, as they are known to share information between themselves. The Boiler Rooms use special hired telephone numbers that might make it appear they are in London or other financial centre, or on UK mobile numbers. In fact it is known that they are operating from Spain. Such unsolicited telephone activity is illegal and you are strongly recommended not to into enter any agreements, and in every case to check that any broker you deal with is legally authorised to conduct investment business by the Financial Services Authority, [broken link removed]. If in any doubt do not proceed. Please do not contact us if you receive any such telephone calls, as with up to 1,000 people effected by this issue there is a danger of the Police being overloaded with such information.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
