Fox Lodge, Ratoath

Hi,
Has anyone any good/bad comments about this estate? There is a new phase launching in Feb. and not being from the area, I would appreciate any feedback on both Fox Lodge and Ratoath in general.

Haven't seen this in person and don't know about the specific estate, but the residents of Ratoath are regularly protesting about the state of the roads and footpths in the village, builders leaving estates in poor condition with the council not wanting to know, traffic safety issues, lack of school places etc.
Just one link as an example but they feature regularly in the meath chronicle.
