Form11 - dividends tax (how factor in taxes already paid)

Are taxes that have already been paid/withheld on dividends fully factored in to Form11?
If not, where do I enter any such tax already paid/withheld?

Here's what I have:

US dividends - gross €1000, US withholding tax €150, net div €850
- Form11 asks for gross US dividends... but later in the "calculate" section I cannot tell whether the US withholding tax has been taken into account

UK dividends - net €3731, tax credit €272
- form11 asks only for net UK divs... and doesn't ask about tax credit

Irish dividends - gross €1248.20, tax €249.64, net €998.55
- form11 asks only for gross (but does say it's divs from which Div Wthholding Tax was deducted)

Other foreign dividends - gross €500, tax €0, net €500
- form11 certainly asks for this!

Thanks in advance :)

Are you working online or with Ros offline
I use offline all the time for things like this and run the calc button :)
You can save different versions, just make sure you file the right one.
Cant help with US

UK is just net.
Irish: Gross, look at calculate section, the tax credit will be there as well as an increase in your USC if over the threshold.
I share your pain:)

Re US div tax.... I iterated with the Ros Offline Calculate and tried both €100 gross US Dividends and then €1,000).
ROS appears to tax the delta at 33%.
Together with the already taken 15% US Withholdings Tax gives a total 48% (so 41% IT plus 7% USC).

So no PRSI applied to dividend taxes?
(should be grateful for small mercies :D)
