Form 12 question

last year I had to do a form 12 for the first time upon request from revenue.

I will have to do the same again this year for 2012 returns.

My question is will revenue send me out the form automatically or do I need to request it?

If there send it out automatically what month do they usually do that.

If I have to request it myself when are they usually available to request?

You can download and print the new one online from revenue.ie after a few months into the year. They may or may not send it out. The onus will still be on you to submit regardless if you fell you need to.
