Hi I have a query re filling in the PRSA details correctly on Form 12 and any advice would be much appreciated.
The details are: employers contribution = total €1851 and the total amount paid (including my contribution of €926 ) is €2777
I entered "0" for questions 1-3, but not sure is that the correct thing to do. And not sure how to answer question 4.

- Amt of PRSA contributions already relieved in 2008 = 0
- Amt paid in a prior year (scheme only began in July 08) = 0
- Amt paid between 1 Jan 09 and 31 Oct 09 (will claim next year)= 0
- Total Amt of PRSA Relief claimed in 2008- as I haven't claimed anything
