Form 12 and payment of tax on rental income

Hi,
I have 2 questions regarding my rental profit for 2009 which is €41!

1) How much tax do i pay on this (I'm PAYE @ 41%) i.e. is PRSI/Health, Income levy also applied?
2) Who/Where do i send the cheque to?

Firstly you need to make sure that you have calculated your profit correctly - note that tax relief on mortgages was reduced to 75% of the interest paid during 2009.

Also, you need to complete your tax return form. If you do this on ROS it will calculate the tax for you.
