Form 11E for previous director

I'm wondering, should I fill in form 11E for companies director who became a regular employee in the middle of year?

If a person was self-employed or proprietary director for any portion of the year he is liable to submit a return of income (Form 11 or 11E).
It is the individual who is liable to submit it, not the company.
