Form 11 - Spanish Prop Disposal

Hi all,

Sold prop in Spain in 2005 - paid tax there therfore I have no Irish liability as there tax rates are higher.

Where do put the following figures in the Form 11?
  1. Irish chargeable gain - is it section 801(j)
  2. Spanish tax paid - is it section 805(d)

Are you sure about that - i.e. that this is how [broken link removed] works? I'd recommend that you get independent professional advice.
