Form 11 self-employed PRSA contribution

I am filling out my self-employed tax return and had intended to make a sizeable lump sum contribution to my PRSA, to lower my bill for 2019. When I get to this section, however, the box is marked "Contributions made between 01/01/2019 and 31/10/2020."

Can this be right? It seems unfair, given that the deadline for this year's return is December 10.

Has anyone else been taken unawares by this?

Thanks DB74. Yes, that is what I am assuming too. But for what it's worth, the box on the Revenue form does say "between 01/01/2020 and 31/10/2020."

It's always been extended to 12-Nov (or whatever the extension is) the last 10+ years if you file & pay online, Revenue obviously just didn't update the dates on the form
