Form 11 - Retain Med 1?

I am completing a Form 11 and on the form it says to complete and RETAIN the Med 1 form for medical expenses. So Is the Med 1 form treated like receipts and just kept incase there is an inspection?

Form Med 1 is a form(summary of the receipts added together)

Keep form and receipts in case your tax return is looked at during desk audit by revenue in next few years
