Form 11 online - refund due - marked late

Hi
I have just filed my Form 11 and am due a tax refund as had some medical expenses. The return is marked as late on my revenue record. Is this because I cant so the pay part of the pay and file as am due a refund ?
Please help.
 
If the return is due on 31 Oct then the system will mark it late but if you file on ROS then it's fine. You should file a NIL preliminary tax notice for 2013.

It means that Revenue didn't yet have it on record when you checked the record. A ROS submission will take a day or so to appear on your record.
 
Thanks for the info.
I was getting worried that as I wasn't doing the "pay" part of the pay & file that the filing extension wouldn't apply to me.
