Hello folks,
First post so please go easy on me as I am unsure what I need to do.
Basically I am a PAYE employee, have been for 16 years and 99.5% of my income is from this source.
However I bought a small foreign investment flat and it made some money last year, 324 euro profit (i.e after paying local taxes, management fees and the 75% interest on the loan I took out allowance).
Do I now need to complete a Form 11? I've printed it off and it looks confusing. Given I've made so little should I worry re filling it in at all? (Also given I've made so little I really don't want to pay an Irish accountant to complete it for me)
If I do need to complete it (I'm guessing I probably do) are there many sections I need to complete, so far I reckon I need to fill in;
1: Personal details page 2
2: Section D perhaps (this will cover my PAYE side, I should be able to get most info from my P60)
3: Section E - Foreign Income - question 313
Other than that I'm a normal Joe, nothing else too exciting tax wise.
Thanks,
