Foreign Company Director's fees

I am tax resident here in Ireland but am a Director in several of my employer's international subsidiaries. I am not a shareholder - just a named Director.

What would the taxation situation be if I was to be paid Director's fees in these countries ( UK, FR, HKG, NL ) ? Is there any tax advantage ( or PRSI, USC ) to being paid this way and reporting it via my tax return....?

What does this section from the P11 mean...

You are assessable to tax on your Irish income and foreign employment
income attributable to the performance of the duties of that employment in the

State and remittances of other foreign income.

Could this imply that work I carry out in these countries is not deemed taxable income in Ireland - I travel extensively to these countries but am not away for 6 months in total.....

What is TransBorder Relief and how do you qualify ?
