NB - a word of caution, it is as easy as falling off a log to make money in a rising market, the real trick is to be able to make money in a flat market or identify opportunities in a marketplace where there is future potential. And that requires a lot of work and not just reading Ajay's books ( of which there are many ).
 
Wonder what his thoughts are on investing here....he already has an opinion on Dubia.

It says in the article that he looks for a 12%+ yeild (10% at the very least).
I doubt it's possible to find a property with this potential yeild anywhere in Ireland these days.
 
Perhaps I'll give him a ring and sell him a few properties in Romania! :)
 
I sometimes get the impression there's a hell of a lot of people running around this country investing in property that think yield is a fancy name for a stop sign...........
