Flotation Announcement & IPO

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone can tell me how to go about subscribing to an IPO?
There's a company that announced its intention to float on the London Stock Ex last Monday.
If I wanted to subscribe to the IPO, can I do this through my bank or a broker?

The company's IPO prospectus should explain if/how you can participate. Sometimes IPOs are restricted to institutional investors.
