Laya Flex 250 Explore - Any cheaper equivalent?

Hi there, currently on this plan. We are in our 70s so looking to find some cheaper plan providing equivalent cover. Can anyone recommend one? There are just so many plans!

Started to look at Laya Essential Health 300 as an alternative. What does anyone think?
