Flat rate expenses - coffee shop: Is it only the professions listed that can claim?

Can someone claim flat rate expenses if they work in a coffee shop? My partner is an assistant manager in a coffee shop and has to wear a uniform. I looked at the list and I can see assistant manager for a hotel, or shop assistant, but nothing for coffee shop... would that be catering? Is it literally only the professions listed that can be claimed?
