Fitness Instructor on a Cruise Ship

My friend who is fully qualified as a fitness instructor is looking for a change of scenary and was considering getting a job on a cruise ship.

She has lots of experience and is very good at what she does and I believe would easily get a position but the problem is where does she start.

When you google there is lots of information and lots of sites but she is looking for a bit of guidance from some members here if possible. Local knowledge is always better advice that any amount of sites.
Any help is appreciated.
