FIS query

I am due to re-apply for FIS now at the end of April. I am just wondering if anyone can tell me what the average wait is at the moment? Last year there was a 10 week delay in getting mine re-approved. Also does anyone no if the work to rule has effected this wait any further?

I can't answer your query but maybe you can answer mine. Did they write to you inviting you to reapply or did you just reapply when your FIS timed-out?

This will be my third year to hopefully qualify for FIS. After my first year was up they send you out a form for reapplying aprox a mth or so before your final payment. I had a 10 week wait last year from the date of my last payment until the date I started to receive it again however it gets back-dated from the date of your last payment so you dont lose out on anything. It can just be a hassle if you rely on it weekly and will be left a few weeks then waiting.
