First Active took money in error

I'm just wondering did any other First Active customers notice that they incorrectly took Decembers Mortgage payment on Dec 22,put it back the same day and then took it on the 28th?When I rang to figure out why it was down as a deferred mortgage payment they told me"Oh yeah that was an error on our system we took the money incorrectly"Are they not required to even send you a letter to infrom you they've done this and that your mortgage has not in fact been deferred?
