First Active eSavings account - Faulty interest rate

This account gives 5.22% on balances of up to 15000
but only 4.33% on total balances above 15000

So lets say i had 15000 im getting 5.22% then after a few weeks the interest is added and i have about 15050 and am now getting 4.33% on my first 15000 too.

Cant be.
Hardly fair is it?
 
Unfortunately that's the way it is. I think most people put in just under €15k and withdraw the interest money periodically to stop going into the next bracket.
