I finished a degree in Environmental Health (i did it in the Nottingham in the Uk but have moved to ireland) 3 years and have found it impossible to get a decent job out of it in ireland. The only type of job i can get is food quality person etc and im not doing that, theres little prospects, crap pay and terrible work. Since then i did a bit of helath and safety (hated it) and travleed for over a year and a bit of temping.
So im looking at other careers, im temping at the moment while i sort out what to do. But i want to use my degree as i'll see it as a waste if i dont use it. Also i wouldnt do Health and Safety, would like an envieonmental job but there few and far apart.
Im good with money/finance/maths but dont know if I would like to work in the finance sector (id say its very boring?)
Im working for a facility managment company and quite like that work (although its very stressfull looking) - is there good money/prospects/satisfaction in FM? Or do youhave to have a trade/technical degree to work in it?
Also based on what ive said, could anyone offer any more suggestion son what might be suitable?
