Does anyone know if there's a way to find information about an apartment block such as the year it was built, by who, etc ?
From time to time I find a place online I'd consider. It would be great if there was a resource online to find details, including things like whether there have been structural issues reported, issues with damp, etc. (Of course can find some of this from news articles, but not everything is going to be in the news).
There is a website (name escapes me now) that has info about very old buildings, say 1930s and before, but nothing out there it seems for places erected in 70s/80s/90s/00s.
I saw a photo of a place recently, looked to me like it was 1980s, but this is just my guess as a lay person. (If it was a tiger build could have structural issues, lack of soundproofing etc).
