Financing a Masters Degree

Hi folks,

Im thinking applying to do a Masters in Environmental Management in University of Ulster.

Can anyone think of anywhere that I could apply for funding/a grant for this course??

If you live in the republic of Ireland then you can apply to your local county council,or vec office for a grant ,which is means tested.you need to apply immediately as the closing date is next month. also most universities have a Student Assistance Fund which you can apply to once your course has started but this would probably be a small amount .
normally the masters lasts for 12 months and the last payment wll be april/ may so there are many months without support...... so nothing else for it but to get the dreaded part time job.

Cheers...spent enough time in full time education so will be tryin distance learning with the masters now....but ooohhh to be a full time student again!
