Film Tax Relief 2012 - Loan Arrears Letter

Hi,

I just got an arrears letter from AIB for a loan I took out to apply for film tax relief. It is too late to call them now. Did anyone else and know what the story is?

I think you will have to give a little more info. I assume you put up x and got a tax rebate in excess of what you put up.

So you need to look at the documentation. I have wondered about these schemes how the non resource loans would impact on the investor if not repaid by the film promotors.

This is my 5/6th year in applying for film tax relief, always part cash, part loan. I get my tax rebate every year no problem and a letter from the bank informing me that the loan has been repaid. This is the first time I've got a letter stating the loan is now in arrears.

Can you please tell me the name of the Film or Production you had invested in ?

To date, I have not heard anything regarding my own investment, but I did take one out and it was funded via an AIB loan also.

Resolved - bank at automatically issued the letter and the film company is just running a bit behind.
