Filling out Form 12

Hi there.
I need some help, but I'll prob post most of the questions tomorrow as I'm going through the form.

I've never filled one of these out before & I need to declare my rental income.
Is the Form 12 the correct form firstly?

Also, I downloaded this form before, but as I hadn't a clue I kept putting it off. Problem was, it was for the previous tax year, which I also need to declare for.
How do I do this? The Form 12 says it's for the Tax year 2008. How do I declare income for before that date?

I'm completely clueless.

Is there a guide for fillinh out this form or anything?
 
hi, i am at the same thing - form 12 - and i have to go back to 2005!!!!!!!!!! help! yes it is the right form and it is a nightmare but I am getting there if i can help let me know but I think I will be looking for help from you too! Good luck!

How do you do that?
The form is only for 2008, so how to you complete it for previous years?
I don't understand the lingo at all!!
It's my mission this weekend to get it fully completed.

Hi - I have to do this also, I was thinking of getting an advisor to do this for me, its so long winded.
