EDIT- As I am primarily a PAYE worker should I fill out Form 12
Hi All,
I'm filling out form 11 for my rental income for 2012 and i have a few questions-
On the form it does not seem clear where I put the following expenses:
House Insurance
Mortgage Protection
Advertising Fees
Legal Fees
PTRB Fees
Do I add these together and put them in under 'other' expenses?
Which heading would my standard 'wear & tear' allowances fall under?
Also do i include my income from my PAYE job in section D or will they automatically link it to my PPS?
If I have no other income outside of my PAYE job & rental income are there any other parts of the form that I need to fill in?

Re form 11 or form 12, if you have assessable non-PAYE income ( i.e. rental income in your case) of €3,174 plus in the year you are regarded as a "chargeable person" for Self-Assessment and must file a Form 11.
